Help needed for Indian Civil Service "Groups" exams

hai,
iam decided to write groups.
but i don't the:
1)how to proceed
2)what is the eligibility(am completed MCA,this yr)
3)what is the age limit(mine 25)
4)how many times we can attempt.
5)what is the reservation percentage for ladies.
6)what is the reservation percentage for mca backround.
7)is it hard?
8)what will be the post's available.
9)how to take the optional subjects?
10)can we select the language?
11)the procedure same for all or separate from other states?

plz plz plz share some information on it.
plz help me out.
plz spend some time.

I'm assuming that it is these Indian Civil Service exams you are referring to by "groups". The Wikipedia article has links to some good resources for you (scroll to end of page).
