Help for Home-makers who are looking to work and be independent

Saw this outside a Restaurant in CA. They offer help and free employment help for women in the US. They don't charge anything and also provide child care for free during the training period. They also help women who suffer from domestic violence, especially those on H4 visa status.

Narika SEED program comes to San Francisco
The South Asian Economic Empowerment and Development (SEED) Program is designed to enable women’s economic independence through workshops that promote personal and professional growth.

The program is offered in 12 week modules, each consisting of sessions in:

ESL Training (English language training and vocabulary)
Personal Finance management tools (Personal banking, record keeping, and credit management)
Basic Computer skills (Windows, MS Word, introduction to the Internet)
Career Development skills (Resume writing, job search techniques, interview preparedness)
Health Advocacy (Promote awareness on available health care, women’s health, and self-care)
