Hello! Help in Perth

    Good morning everyone.
    Am looking at decent affordable suburbs in Perth, that have good public transport systems , close to decent schools (preferable state or Catholic private schools) , easy commute to CBD.
    I have been googling it but its all so confusing!!
    thanks in advance.
    Also any goodscool recommendations?
    My kids are aged 10,7 and 4 and currently in Grades 5,3 and Senior Kindergarten.
