Ingredients: Green capsicum Red capsicum Yellow capsicum Potato Paneer Mint Coriander Dressing: Jeera powder Pepper powder Salt Hung curd Preparation of Hung Curd - 1)place filter over container and place muslin cloth over filter then add curd to it. 2)Bring all four edges of muslin cloth and squeeze excess water,after that make a knot,hang it over sink.After 40min,place it back on filter. 3)place a lid on filter,refrigerate for min 4hrs and max 8hours. 4)After 4hrs Hung curd will be ready,we can use it. Preparation of salad 1)cut all vegetable in cube size 2) Finely chop few mint and coriander leaves. 3)Make cubes of paneer and put in hot water 4)steam all vegetable and corn kernels,cook till potato and kernels get soft,potato should not get more softer,just cook. 5)At last add paneer cubes in the steamer for 5 to 10min 6)switch off the flame,let vegetables get cool. 7)Take bowl add Hung curd,add salt,Jeera, pepper powder,add steamed vegetables 8)Mix well, Garnish with mint and coriander leaves. 9)Now Ready to serve.
