Low supply of milk can be due to various reasons -
1. Hormonal disturbances for which you may have to visit the doctor.
2. If there was poor feeding immediately when the baby was born, the body may stop producing milk temporarily.

Some popular remedies to boost milk supply -

1. Add good amount of methi either in the form of leaves or seeds in your diet.
2. Milk Thistle (vishnu kraanti in Tamil and chund in Hindi) and fennel seeds are some popular ways to increase milk production.

When i am in stress I cant sleep ...I Dont know if any one of you also having same problem...
If i am in stress i can stay up for more than 48 hrs...

I think Best wat to stay healthy is eat everything in moderation, preferably fresh and home cooked.. have a good metabolism, workouts and have a positive attitude towards life... in good old times.. all our forefather used to work hard and eat a lot and used to stay happy and healthy.. we cant go back to those times and farm and all that.. but we can do all we can to make sure we stay true to our genes..

This is Shiva Choubey's tip that worked for me :

In a bowl of hot Dal(lentil soup) add freshly chopped veggies, home made curry and 2 - 3 spoons of rice. This meal keeps you full and reduces rice intake, which will in turn help in weight loss.
