    Drink atleast a glass of water in the morning after you brush your teeth as your body may need to replenish after a long fast you make while you sleep. If you don't like to drink plain water, have it warm.

    Thanks, Mimur.. yes, i do hate to drink cold water especially, first thing in the morning. Adding a bit of lemon to warm water makes it more drinkable.. :)

    yeah. I drink warm water + lemon + honey (sometimes ginger too).

    have green tea first thing in the morning with honey....
    also at night after dinner....
    brisk walk for 30 minutes with light stretching...
    if you dont have time in morning.. walk on your terrace at night...
    just be careful that the place is well lighted and if its cold outside wear a shawl or sweater..

    Good health is the great gift of God there are many tips for healthy life here i am discuss some of them ..... these are following
    1.Drink a lot of water...
    2.Eat healthy food .....
    3.Take exercise regularly.....
    4.Use green vegetable in your daily life ....
    5.Eat fruits and drink juices daily.....

    Hi,

    Easy health tips...
    1) eat all vegetables and fruits that you get, regularly.
    2) burn your intake calories in any way of physical labour.
    3) drink lots of fluids.
    4) be good, do good and think good :)
    5) have enough sleep and never feel lazy.

    Hi..

    I delivered baby gal in my 26th week n shes now in her 42nd week...n im not getting milk..so from past a mnth im giving her formula feeding..is there any chance to get milk again which was stopped...if any tips please let me know...thks in advance
