ingredients: 1 banana chopped 1 orange chopped 1 apple chopped 1/2 cup grapes roasted almonds - 1 tsp paneer or cottage cheese very finely cubed -2 tsp sugar- 3 tsp 1 scoop of low fat icecream( optional) procedure: mix all the above ingredients except the icecream and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Add 1 scoop of icecream just before serving. Tastes great and is also filling.
Hi We can just wat the fruit salad without ice cream. I think if we add some cutard powder to the fruit salad it taste & smell yummy....... AGR
