    Nice tips. very useful & very true. the leftover part is really true with everyone. i too do that all the time. hereafter let me try not to do that mistake. even small mistake makes big difference. thanks for the tips.

    hi likemychai,
    u can make ragi idiyappam, ragi puttu, ragi roti, etc. In case u dont like the taste of ragi u just add 1 to 2 spoons of ragi flour while making chappathi dough. it doesnt make any difference in the taste of the chapppathi. soy flour or soy sauce also good. so u can add 2-3 drops soy sauce in any gravy item. add 1/4-1/2 spoon of soy flour in all the rice items like biriyani, puliyodharai, lime rice, tomato rice, coconut rice,etc. like ragi flour u also can add soy flour while making chappathi dough.
