Have you used onion juice for your hair growth

Hi Menaka - you said we need to apply onion juice alternate days for 45 days - does it mean 45 applications over 90 -100 days duration or 23 applications over 45 days duration, kindly clarify...

 

I tried it once. I mixed onion juice with some essential oils and applied. After that i washed thrice with shampoo. I was not able to get rid of the smell. Next day i washed again. No diff. My DH was like eww plz dnt sleep near me:rantThen i went to parlor and had oil massage and shampoo and conditioner wash. Then also no use. So literally i smelt sick for a week. i stopped trying it bcoz of that.

How you guys manage to rid the smell?

 

Hehe I too had marital issues due to this onion smell in the scalp and at home.

 

Whenver I tried this, I never had this "onion smell" pbm unless someone stick their nose inside my scalp and smell it (poor my Husband ) I even confirmed with my colleague if she is smelling onion near me, she said no. So smell is not a pbm for me for now... May be your guys are extra sensitive on their nose

 

Sounds interesting but how to juice an onion?! Will big onions also wrk!!

i have tried it, it really works.

 

i had used onion juice on my hair last year for 2 months every alternate day. it had reduced dandruff, made my hair soft and silky but no new hair growth. my hair remained as thin as it was before using onion mask.

 

Onion juice!! Oh my god!! I didn't even know that onion juice can be used for hair. It might be smelling really bad.
