    Hi all,

Hope you all know that Rujuta Diwekar is Kareena's Dietician. And she is the one who trained her to get a healthy body.

Has anybody tried her tips? I have an average body but recently got little belly fat. Looking forward for your replies.

    Hi All!

I have started Rujuta's tips recently. It is simple and healthy.
I am yet to shred weight, but I am feeling energetic the whole day. The food I take is now will contain fruits, veg, nuts, rice everything.

I have tried her tips and still following them. Like having fruit first thing in the morning, eating every 2-3 hours , thinking of being healthy than losing weight. I think it is one of the best diet book one can refer.

Hi! My diet plan is like below:

07.00am - Fruit (Banana / Papaya) any one
    09.00am - Breakfast ( 2 Idlis / 2 Dosas/ Pongal 1/2 cup) any one
11.30am - Fruits or Veg (Carrot / Cucumber)
01.30pm - Lunch - Sambar Rice or Curd Rice with Poriyal
    03.30pm - Snacks - (Upma / Dosa / Idli ) the leftovers of morning
    05.30pm - Fruits or Nuts
    07.30pm - Dinner - Any Tiffin which is light (2 dosas / 2 idlis / 2 chappathis)
    09.30pm - Fruits or Milk

Sometimes I am not able to follow very strictly due to office hours - i skip 3.30 and 5.30 slot. But, if you follow this very strictly, it is excellent. I can feel the energy the whole day and I am not tired in the evening even if I do lot of physical work at office.

But I am not able to exercise on weekdays. I do it only on Sat and Sun. I have to change that.

    All the best!

    You are welcome!

Yes. I stopped taking Coffee and Tea. I take Lemon+Honey in warm water in the morning and in the evening I take Green Tea or Lemon Tea.
Once in a while, I take coffee 1/2 cup or 1 or 2 sipsgigglingsmiley
