    Dr.Kamala Selvaraj of GG hospitals does PGD of embryos....This is for sure.But Iam not sure about CGH.

    Doctors in leading fertility clinics normally do PGD in India.

    Aishu, PGD is Preimplantation genetic diagnosis. This is a test to find out if there are any problems with embryos. I have gone several cycles of Frozen embryo transfer after one fresh IVF. All of them failed with 2 m/c. So my RE is suggesting that we move to PGD. This test will let us know if there are any chromosome problems with the embroyo. They will take one cell out of the embroyo on the 3rd after Egg retrival and test it.Out of 23 pairs of chromosome this test will be conducted on 9-12 pairs of common chromosomes.

    CGH is Comparative genomic hybridization where they will test for all 23 chromosome. this is a new technology and very few RE's in US offer. My RE doesn't offer it yet and I have to go out of state, which I'm not sure of yet.
