Dear ILites,

The way in which this thread has been growing I blush at the mere thought of my having to reply to all your posts.

We should keep this as the ILites' RP/KP (Meena, dont let your imaginations run riot) it is Refreshing Point and Kindness Point.

Dear Sridhar,

I am excited to know that you are from Madurai my home town too. My Valentine story is rather tragic. When I was studying in college, we had a neighbour girl who used to frequent our house. First I thought she is coming to meet my sisters. But, one day she stopped coming and when I enquired, my sisters told that her brothers have banned her to come. The reason being that she was madly in love with me going to the extent of changing her name to Rama Priya (My name is Raman) and had told her brothers that she will marry me only. My heart was broken and I did not have courage to defy my parents and could not even see her because she was under sort of house arrest. Later we moved to another place. But, those memories haunt me especially during Valentine's day since the saint had given his life for love.
