    Hair care

For the hair a combination of 3 oils like coconut oil, musturd oil and little castor oil work wonders .Heat it nicely, with the help of cotton apply to the scalp and cover it with hot towel for half an hour twice a week helps to have clean and dandruff free hair.

    Skin care.

Thrice apply hot musturd oil and take bath. After the bath immediately apply glycerine and rosewater mix to retain the moisture. This avoids rough skin and cracks.

    Hi,

Have you heard about aromatherapy oils? What are those and how are they different from the normal oils.

Now a days everyone is going for a aromatherapy massage or a spa etc. Even for manicure and pedicure, they put certain oils....

Also, in our area they say til oil is best for skin care, a good massage once a fortnight works wonders and makes to feel rejuvenated. Also, its always best to take the product and go to the shop which extracts oil. For example: If you need coconut oil, its always best to take coconuts to the shops and get their oil extracted....this form is always pure and really works wonders for your hair and skin.

I remember, my aunt who had High cholesterol levels and could not eat dry fruits especially almonds, she used to save all the diwali and festive almonds and get their oil extracted from a shop and use it for her hair and skin and there is no such glow that comes from a pure thing than from a mixed product.

I hope you agree to the same!

You can wash the hair with a paste made from Neem leaves. This is particularly effective for hair loss caused due excessive build up of scalp oil or invasive skin infections. For restoring the alkaline balance of the scalp and preventing hair fall, you can follow this with washing the hair with apple cider vinegar. Other homemade pastes that can be very useful include a mixture prepared from adding honey and olive oil to some cinnamon (dalchini) powder.
