    I personally feel henna is good for hair problems,
    For hair/ nails breakage problems having a cup of Brewer's yeast is good. If you can't bear the smell, then take curd in your meals and eat 10-15 almonds daily . Soon you will see the difference
    My today update
    - walking for 30 min
    - applied henna for hair 45 min
    - face wash with lemon juice and honey 10 min, aloe massage 5 min
    - lemon juice for hands

    today I applied Hibiscus leaves ,flowers ,Henna,egg yolk,curd mix to hair.Using vlcc blueberry scrubber for face and applied oats pack for 10 mins

    Last night applied Glycerine and rosewater to face before sleeping, morning washed off.
    Had cabbage sabzi & roti for breakfast, drank tender coconut water, was feeling very hot.
