had misscarriage and ..............

Hi friends,
i am new to indusladies. i am 28 years old married. i have pcod problem. inspite of that i conceived last month and unfortunately it got aborted.
doctors said its due to late conception.

Again this month, after some 50 days from aborted date, i felt guidness. tested with home kit. it resulted in positive.
i am very much afraid whether same thing might like last time.

kindly guide me in this regards if anyone has had the same ecperience.
