H4 visa

    hello frnds

    my husband changed his job in Jan 2010 and he applied for H1 trf in Dec 2009 and got approval in april 2010, recd his new I-94.


    In 2009 we got our 1st extension from his previous employer .
    both of us have old visa stamped.

    i dont have new I-94 , if i want to go to India should i carry his new I-94 copy?

    Yes u have take the I94 original with you. You also have to go embassy to get ur new visa stamped if you have the expired visa. They might ask for the orginals. Also have passport copy of ur husband handy with u. Hope this imformation might be useful.
