Hi all,

I am new to this group. I came to Pasadena last week only on H4 visa. Can anybody help me or guide me in getting H1 sponsor?

I am Msc maths(IIT), MBA(IT). In India I worked for about 5 years. Three years as a lecturer for MCA,BBA....and 2 years as content developer/programmer of maths for US based MNC.

After coming here I am very much confused, what to do? Its really hard to sit idle at home. It will be really nice if anyone can guide me how to go on. Either tell me how to get a job or tell me how to go for MS or Actuarial sciences.

Hi Pragathi,

If you want to file your H1 , the quota opens in march/April 2008 for the year 2008.
You will have to fine a company which will file your H1.
companies have started taking applications now.

Hi Pragatim,

I have just moved to Irvine, CA last month with my husband and I am in a similar situation that u were in a few years back. I am on a H$ visa and am looking for H! visa sponsorship.

I have an MBA in marketing with 4 years of experience. Would you be able to advise me on how I should go about finding a job as I have tried everything on the internet.
