H1-B visa for Pregnant Woman

    I have one query for H1- B is candidate is pregnant of 3- 4 months during H1 - B interview do they approve or reject visa of such candidate.

    Hi Vidyasinic77/knbg and other ILs...

    I understand this is an old thread but have few questions similar to this please. I stubled upon this thread while searching for a similar issue. Any help/input/suggestion is appreciated please:-

    This is regarding a working software employee who needs to travel to the US for about 6-8 weeks and thereby start with a B1 visa interview. She has just tested positive for pregnancy in very initial stage of 4-5 weeks.
    1) Would it be safe for her to accept this assignment
    2) Should this be disclosed to the company and /or during the visa application/formalities/interview
    3) What do the rules say in such a case
    Any other points which any member may like to share please is welcome.
    This is her first trip to the US.

    Kindly share your thoughts and experience if any please.
