    Yesterday I had headache.

Someone at office suggested Green Tea.

I drank Green Tea at office and headache went away.

This morning I had headache (from oversleep) and I drank Green Tea and headache went away.

What is good for tense neck and shoulders. I tried stretching. I am trying to pay attention to my posture when I sit.

    Any suggestions?

Any home remedies for day-to-day health annoyances?

I am sure there are lots of remedies. I would recommend sleeping without a pillow, drinking plenty of water (I like my water warm always) and rubbing a generous amount of Tiger Balm (this is my saviour, it is like a Universal cure for anything :) ) in the affected area and then warming the spot with a heat pillow. A good gentle massage. Posture is important which we all ignore.

neck pain or stiff neck - from my experience I can say is due to less intake of water. Drink few sips of plain water at room temperature every now and then and say bye bye to neck pain.

Yes, I am starting to think that the culprit is that I'm drinking less water nowadays. I used to drink 3 cups of milk-based coffee a day, but now I will replace two cups of coffee with water-based tea. That'll probably help to control appetite as well ;-)

@ sureshmiyer - can you give a link to your short story, I'd love to read it
