I grew up very much in such a household. That is why I could relate to that. worst part is my mom was the one to enforce all this. Along with learning cooking, cleaning and everything we were supposed to excel in studies and get a job. Still be submissive and do not raise the voice.

That movie is not the one you can watch multiple times. Especially if you can relate to the movie.
