Dear Krishnamma,Thanks for all those tips and kashayam receipes ...you are wonderful...My due date is in the first week of july and elders (patti inlaw and my patti) have asked me to take these Jeera and vendaya kashayams once in two or three days....Just now started taking them...Will try the Sonf and Perungaya kashayams and will let you know how i feel..

You had asked to pour hot water over hips, stomach and legs after 8th month...over hips and legs are fine, but just waned to clarify from you if it is ok to pour over tummy , bcoz will the baby not feel the hot water when poured over my tummy...Krishnamma i would be satisfied if you will enlighten me about this, I thought i will get your consent before going ahead on pouring hot water.....

    Sri

    Dear Sri,

Dont worry. Nothing will happen to the baby. You can pour hot water, on your tummy. If you are having bath tub you can fill it with hot water and sit in that for 10 to 15 min. that is enough. You will feel very relaxed and you can sleep nicely.
    Hope this will help you.:-D
