Hi gone girl. In our house we don't specifically make rasam powder. So we use sambhar powder. Depends on how your sambhar powder is made...

Loved your Grandma's Rasam Anusha. Making rasam is an art. Glad that you have your grandma's kaipatham (dont know what to say in english) I never liked rasam when I was young but then when I started making it I enjoyed. my cousin loves my rasam. I have tried the green chilli tip shared by my grandma and hing/tadka with fresh made rasam powder(specifically rasam powder and not sambar powder) it tastes awesome. Grandma's rasam with more experience and love would taste even more great I guess. Nice narration
