    Iam happy to know that you have conceived after 4 years.Iam married for 3 years and we don't have a child yet but ihave a problem in my Menstrual cycles.Take care of your health and eat regularly and all the best.Give me some tips for which i'll be thankful to you.

    Congratulations to you. I can understand how much happy u r. As u have mentioned continue to follow Dr.Manthena Sathyanaraya Raju's diet suggestions. In Maa Tv channel he is giving good suggestions. Along with it, try to spend with some good books,good music. Try to eat payasam cooked with rice and jaggery . After confirmation first the carrying lady should eat payasam. This i came to know very late after my daughter's delivery. Take care .bye
