Got Pregnant after 4yrs of trying against all odds!!

Hi Everyone,

I'm happy to announce that i'm finally pregnant. The main reason for me to start this thread is to say "there is hope". I'm married to a very sweet, great & down to earth man for atleat 6.5 yrs now & we've been trying to conceive for atleast 4 yrs. Our problem was male factor. Even though the readings in a semen analysis were not unfixables most of the Drs i talked to recommended ICSI. But we(esp my husband) were against it & have been trying naturally by just taking some vitamins & eating atleast 40% natural foods. This is what we did that i think helped us conceive along with the grace of GOD:

Water Therapy (4 to 5 Li/day)2.5Lbefore Breakfast in installments(1.5+1) soon after u wake up, 1L before lunch, 1.5L before dinner. Just make sure u dont drink water while eating. wait for atleast 2hrs before u drink anything or wait half hr to eat after u drink water.

Vegetable+fruit juice(mostly organic)

Sprouts+nuts+dates+banana(any fruit) for breakfast

Brown rice for lunch(on & off) we tried to stick to it but had to change to white rice whenever we had visitors.

Phulkas/chapathis for dinner before 7 Pm
And my husband used to drink 1 tblsp of honey everynight beofore he went to bed along with a "Mega Mens" multivitamin.

We've been doing this for more than 6months now & yesterday i tested positive for pregnancy. I can't tell you how happy i'm because ivf/icsi was not an option for us.
