My new crush —music embodied by Rishab Rikhiram Sharma.
As someone who loves sitar music, listening to him feels almost celestial — like hearing a Gandharva play. He’s the youngest disciple of the legendary Pandit Ravi Shankar, and the way he carries himself through music is graceful and powerful. Since long I was wondering what is crush. During my adolescence nor in prime years, I haven't heard of this word crush. I hv come across this word only after my retirement in 1998.
I hv gone through the foregoing feedbacks From Dec8, 2018. With passing of seven years, many respondents here may or may not like to withdraw their statements about their date with crush!
I googled and found what crush could be. It is a genuine wonderful excited feel that often would cause flying butterflies in stomach. Google overreach proclaims ...
A crush is a strong but typically temporary feeling of romantic attraction or infatuation towards someone. It is an emotional and psychological state, not a physical object, and therefore it does not weigh anything in a literal sense.

I brooded for long to collect and compile whether I too had crush in my teens and later too in my adolescence and as a sophomore as well.
I then remembered Rajalakshmi (1954-1965) then Ramapriya (1961-65). With former, as members of team in game thief & police - we played among boys and girls. As a thief, I got crushed often by members when they discovered me from a hideout. That was nice feel but no monarch or any other kind of butterflies I felt in my stomach! I remember here by the same OP a post about crush with cine celebs.
With Ramapriya, I tried to solve difficult differential equations. She passed her mat She was studying maths major and daughter of my mom’s chit fund friend cum member. Here too I never felt any butterfly.
But then when I had butterfly in stomachs?
Yes it was on that day around dusk when she was walking across the broad width busy traffic road from her ground floor office to opposite bus stop! I was quite impressed with her long braided hair and thick black tresses decked up with strung Madura jasmine. She looked mighty brave and adventurous simultaneously, finding her meandering zig zag path through heavy speeding vehicles. As she neared my side a public transport Pallavan halted and through waiting crowd she managed entry into that bus and disappeared. Butterfly was still on in my stomach.
Do u guess who it could be? She was my future better half!
