Hi Friends, I go this receipe from my friend.. I tried and it came out very well... I got a lot of apprecaitions from my family and friends.. Hence sharing it with you .. Ingredients: Cooked Rice-2 cups Gobi-1/2 flower Peas- 1 packet(small one) Onion-1 Chilli-3 Saunf-as required Cloves- as required Cinnamon-as required Cardamon-as required Bay leaf-1 Chilli powder-1 ½ tsp Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp Dhaniya powder-1 tsp Butter- 3 tsp Coriander-1 Method of preparation: · Slice the onions and chilli. · Put butter Saunf, Cloves, Cardamon, Cinnamon, Baby leaf. · Add Gobi peas. · Fry until Gobi & Peas half cooked, then add onions & chilli. · Close it with lid and cook till gobi, peas are fully cooked. · Add Chilli powder, Dhaniya powder, Turmeric powder and salt and cook until become mixture. · Add rice and mix well. · Add coriander leaves for garnishing. Serve this rice with plain onion raita or pudhina chutney.
