I am noting down my wake up time daily to keep track of my Annual Goal. I am a bit embarrassed because my goal was to get up at 5 AM everyday morning irrespective of weekends. But So far i have had only 21% success rate from the date I started noting it down. Hence I am embarrassed. But still, I want to share about it here so that I will now try harder, now that the whole of Indus Ladies know about it.

kani, Go to bed at right time to sleep. Keep your mind tension free. Set your biological clock to wake up at the time you want (say 3 times to yourself that you want to wake up at 'O clock). Getting proper sleep, healthy diet, good work out and lifestyle will surely help you in this goal.

If there are any relatives or friends of yours who wake up at that time, ask them to give a call.In this way you would have to get up because you will eventually feel guilty for making the other person call for you.So the guilt trip will not let you sleep.

    Hi swtsvn,
Keep going..i read somewhere that if you do some activity continuously for 21 days..u will get habituated to it..that diesn't mean you some how make it till 21 day and then expect any magic that you will do it automatically..
Yes you need strong motivation...think of all the positives things that can happen when you getup in the morning..lot of time..fresh mind, no guilt feeling etc etc..that should be some stimulating factor...

    All the best...keep going...
