[Getting To Know] ... What are your hobbies?

Ok...so just to start the buzz .... here it goes...

What are your hobbies? I know after marriage/kids/work a hobby sounds like a luxary... but still, thinking about your hobby or what u like to do always tickles you, sparks you and make you happy.

I love cooking ... although because of no time i cook regular stuff but on weekends i try and make a attempt to cook somthing different. I look around on net or frnds to know some of the special receipes. I hope after 19th i would try few new ones!

I love decoring my home or doing anything creative ... i have picked up a Anchor long stich kit which i started last yr... now after 19th it would be out from the cubboard and would finish it.

Nice thread.....i used to like knitting n sewing but long ago.....now im just into diaper changing....n its not my hobby :biglaughbut no time to pusue them after babies i guess.....im thinking of doing some knitting but need to brush up n learn dont know when i will b able to though :bowdown

hi frenz....

Just read both ur hobbies list... May be the kids and other work keep u veryyyy busy.. i agree its a lot of work already.........Congrats that inspite of the work u think of hobbies :bowdownI dont knw wt I ll do in ur place...

I still have plentyyyyyyy of time because I am free at home, just me and my husband mostly....... so gt lotssssss of time.....

Things I like 2 do :

1. Cooking different items everyday...... For the first one month when I came here, I never repeated anything twice... My hubby loves t a lottt:rotfl

Here, I say thanks to IL and all internet cooking recipe websites:bowdown

And my hobby is to cook, garnish and take pictures of them..... already gt many fotos of ''Preethi's delicious cuisine..''(Bt I dont knw hw 2 upload.. wil do soon.....)

2. Later, eating them all and sleeping :rotfl:rotfl

3. also, I do hand embroidery and lettering.... I did a gift of that one for our first wedding anniversary....(Foto coming soon....)

4. I do rose embroidery on nighties for myself.....( Fotos coming soon..)

5. Indusladies browsing has become part of my day.......I enjoy...:thumbsup

Earlier, I used to do ''Soft Fur Dolls'', but here dont have the materials for it and so not trying... Sort of Lost touch also....

Then later, see TV, shopping, gng around wth hubby evrywhere, travelling, movies, gng for long walks, so on and on........... already gt so many things to do.......

Waiting for a Baby also....... So, I am veryyyyyyyyyyy happy

And this is my embroidery lettering....

I gave this one to my Hubby nite 12 o clock on our anniversary.. we went to Bukit Jalil that walk and walked up to the highest point, and there nite 12 o clock, we started our second year of life together

Actually I had adorned it fully with chocolates all around and flowers.. But nw, we already ate our chocolates, only the embroidery remains..Lol:rotfl

Or else, next meet up we can meet at somebody's home with all home cooked food..... I wud luv to eat........ Bt I cook only veggie and egg
