Getting a Return visa for Indian parents on Single entry Visit visa to Doha

    Just wanted to ask... Is the Return Visa extendable for six months also?

    No, you cannot extend it to another six months. It just gives you the option of going out and coming back to the country once within the same visa validity period.

    We got the return Visa when MILs visit visa was already extended for 5 months. After that, we have extended it for one more month. May be you can try approaching the captain. They may consider extending it for some two or three months.

    Hi,

    If i would like to take a return visa for my parents, should i need to do it when applying for visit visa or i can do that when required when they are here in Qatar?

    I would like to take my parents to Dubai once and come back to Qatar.

    Much appreciated to have your feedback.

    Hi Mahasudha,

    You can apply a return visa when your parents are here. I don't think you could do it at the time of applying for a visit visa.

    We applied for my MIL when she was here in Doha. We went to India on a short trip. While returning we need to spend some extra time at the immigration in India (Trichy Airport) to explain them about this 'Return Visa'. Ours was the first case and they took a copy of the visa for future reference.

    Please post your experience too if you apply for it.
