Gastric Problem

Hi all,

my husband is having a kind of gas problem in the evenings - like he has pain just above stomach and the same side of his back above hip. I personally think that it is gas. is there any home remedy. it is worrying. during the day he is fine. it starts in the evening since two days... he ate Mochai and spinach couple of days ago... thanks.

I also have this trouble before but now no more……..:thumbsup
what mum did is, at night she will take 2 hand full of cooked rice put in bowl and put some drinking water and soak for whole night.

Next day, first thing in the morning after I brush my teeth (in empty stomach) she will ask me to have the rice with water (in tamil call Kanji). you can add little bit salt to taste
I do it everyday morning (almost 1 month)…….now no more gastric problem. you can ask your husband to try.
