Hi Friends, Gajar Halwa: Ingredients: Gajar: 1/2kg Milk: 1/2lit. Fresh Cream: 1/4cup Sugar: 1cup DryFruits: Kaju/Badam/Pista/Raisins fried in 1tbspn of ghee Cardamom powder: 1/8tsp Preparation: 1. Peel gajar and grate it. 2. Take milk in a thick bottomed vessel and let it boil. 3. Once milk starts boiling simmer the flame and let it thicken a little bit. Occasionally stir it. 4. Now add grated gajar and fresh cream to this and mix well. 5. Let it cook till gajar becomes soft enough stirring occasionally. 6. Now the mixture will become thick. Then add sugar, cardomom powder and let it boil for 2 min. 7. Now, add the fried dryfruits and turn off the flame. 8. Gajar Halwa is ready to be served.
