    Mini-uthappam Pan - very versatile, being non-stick!

I bought this recently from Nirali kitchen ware. Just smear oil.

Makes shallow-fried dahi vadas (recipe to be posted)

    Mini-uthappams with different toppings

    tikkis /croquettes

I advise to cover when cooking so that the dish gets cooked inspite of less oil.

    The pan:

Oil Drizzler - add in drops!

This is very easy to clean as well as very useful.
I bought 1 litre drizzler for Rs 350, each.
The smaller one costs Rs 250.

Second Masal Dabba - to be kept near the stove.

I got this idea after seeing this in a Gujarathi friend's house. You can use any round dabba & assemble your own identical sized containers, instead of buying new ones.
