    Very well said!!!.... this state of politics is so degrading... last time when they had elections in Karnataka all the maids ran to thei viilages as they were distributing all freebies there...

    This is the same state of affairs in most states...

    Only...now they have become more vociferous is listing out the things they will get for their vote!

    Interesting. The first I have heard of appliance as bribes for votes....Interesting. I guess the poor have thier priorities straight. I guess the evil politicians also have thier priorities straight. I guess the very very rich have thier prioroties straight too. It is only us, the middle income group that vacillates from self absorbtion to philanthrophy and then back....tough luck.

    a nice thread. y we don't go for voting. one thing long queue. secondly we don't want to vote for anybody coz nobody is good. all dirty politicians. good people who stands,don't have public support or political support . we are afraid of using 49(a) being vindicted. we can't do any other thing but to sympathise ourselves and the poor illiterate people
