My E66 nokia is locked by F-secure anti theft software.I just tried to lock it and when i tried unlocking it,it didnot.When i entered the secuirty code,it is wrong code and after five tries,it tells that security code will unblock in five minutes.But nothing happened so far.SO i called the customer care,he gave some PIN code but that also didnot work out.my phone is locked.Please help like how to unblock it?
You would need to call the customer care again and tell them that the code didnt work. Take the service call number for reference. If the same call is logged again, its priority rises. So they will attend to the problem at the earliest.
