    To lose weight quickly needs to increase the intake of protein and fiber in your diet. Although the fiber acts as an appetite suppressant, the protein to burn fat by building lean muscle. Unlike ordinary butter, peanut butter is high in protein and fiber. I do not recommend buying peanut butter at your local store, and most likely are not natural. The best source would be to make at home.
