Food for Stamina

    What kind of food can give us good stamina all through.Ladies anybody has good suggestions? Please share

    Foods that have complex carbohydrates take more time to digest and during the process, energy is slowly released....and this slow but steady supply of energy is needed for stamina......:thumbsup

    Some foods with complex carbohydrates......:)

    Oats....

    Ragi.....

    Peanut butter.....

    Beans and Channa.....( The high protein in them slows the digestion of carbohydrates...thus ensuring steady supply of energy....)

    Banana
    Oats Porridge

    Almonds, Roasted peanuts
