    hi
    i have been told that pregnant women have food cravings. What sort of food cravings do we have and when do these cravings start.
    So far i don't have any cravings. Please clarify my doubt.

    Hi Hansika,

    Congratulation on your pregnancy. Food carving depends on person to person. I was carving for certain foods cooked by my mom and some foods which we get in hotel like parotta with chicken curry, etc.,

    For me food carving start in 2nd to 4th month then i doesn't have much feeling on it. So it all differs for some there won't be any food carvings.

    So don't worry enjoy your pregnancy and eat healthy.

    cravings depends on individual person...
    it vareis..
    like i had carvings for spicy food in my 1st pregnancy...
    2nd time i dint have much...
    though i wanted have swwet just few days before delivery...
