I know there are many posts on this topic but I haven't found my answer yet. I am planning to fly with 15 month old on a 3hr flight to family's house. my question is if baby is still in carseat, and family doesn't have carseat base in their car, how to travel with baby in the car?
can you find a loaner car seat ( from neighbors or rent)? Many car rentals in US provide rental carseat along. ALs depends which place you are going? In India, carseat is not mandatory. If you have strength to carry, take you own for free as airlines allow.
It is not the carseat, we can carry that. it is the carseat base that locks the carseat into the car. is that available? this trip is in the USA which requires carseats. thanks!
You can put your car seat without base too. You can check you tube videos on how to do it and if in doubt go to nearest firestation they will help you do it
