    Specially curated u tube tutorials available for seniors curing varicose by doing simple exercises for few minutes.
    For problems of lower left leg thighs exercise upper right hand in forward and reverse circle and vice versa. On bed recline position too it can be done. Any exercise to be done slowly by degrees and never beyoun your endurance.
