I went shopping last weekend and in the flowers aisle, they had pots of chrysanthemum plants. I wanted to buy one but there were so many colors I just gave up from the pressure of choosing one. Don’t give up like me when it comes to nominating posts for November. See a post you like, nominate it. Happy November, folks. Hope yours is filled with positive vibes, warmth and a gentle reflection on the year that is flying by.
A truly colourful invitation to nominate for the Finest Post! I only hope that all members realise that this call is meant for them too and not just @iyerviji !
@Rihana, I am here to nominate @HariLakhera Sir's wonderful snippet My All-knowing Friend. He comes with unique topics to write always and make us think a lot. I was stunned by his brilliance of answering his friend's question, the first spoken language was mother tongue to the baby. Who can dispute that?
I am here to nominate @PurpleRoses thread A Train Journey To Remember.... She remembered her experiences as a child when she traveled with her parents from up North to reach her hometown to share it with us which brought great memories to me as well.
I am here to nominate @umaakumar's thread Divine Drama She had expressed the frustration involved in navigating through temples. The original intent of building sprawling temples receiving the energy from the Sun is lost because too many manmade huddles. She articulated it well with a note that it is not intended to hurt the religious sentiments of people. Nowadays, it is hard to express views freely especially when it involves religious practices or practices in temples.
I would like to second the nomination of @Viswamitra of @PurpleRoses post A train journey to remember. It was written beautifully in a simple language and brought back the old memories of most of us Regards
