    Hi,

    Scenario: Wife stayed with husband in city X (south india). She has been married for 2 years and has been working for an IT company for 4 years in city X itself. Wife's parents are currently residing in city Y (north india). Wife's birth place in city Z (north India). Wife wants to file for divorce. She is temporarily staying in city Y with parents. Can she file for divorce in city Y?
