Hello Il's... I work for central govt, maintaining file in the govt office is a must. Unlike Bpo's, KPO's here we depend on the files for each and evrything.. these files are made of papers which is torn after few years of usage.. can you all gimme a suggestion how well a file can made .. ex: laminated (but in our office we need to write on the top of the file )etc.. waiting for your valuable suggestions.. I hope my explanation is understandable, if not please reply.. :cheers
For this type of situation we always used page protectors arranged in binders in the offices where I worked. You can slip out the page when necessary. Lamination in many legal situations is not a good idea. Also for some situations you do not need the original document and making a copy for daily use in a page protector is a helpful way to go. File the original for safe keeping. Sheet Protectors
