Feeding interval for 9 month old baby

Hi Ils,

Iam really confused on time inervals of giving food to my kid.

I was giving him solid foods in two hrs time period and inbetween my feed. Now he is avoiding food,not opening his mouth...so i have decided on three times solid food....but i have a doubt is it healthy for him....

Morning 9.am - idli
Lunch 1.00pm - curd/dhal/rasam/carrot rice
Evenng 4-5 - Biscuit
Nite 7-8 - cerelac

You are not feeding between 9am to 1pm..
You can give idli as usual at 9am then try to give some juice or milk or fruits by 11.30 to 12noon
Lunch at 1pm.
If child is not sleeping then give something around 3.30pm to 4pm then dinner..
You can understand when your kid is hungry. Give him more liquid to digest the food well.
It is all right to feed baby less than overfeeding.

Yes you can give banana the best thing.. i used to give apple to my some usinf spoon.. i used to scrap with spoon and feed not cut and bite.. few people give steamed apples, pears and boiled sweet potatoes.. i used to give fresh apple juice and pomengranate juice home made but mix half pomo juice and half water.
