I was in Fair oaks west till feb but my lease ended so moved to arbor terrace which is right beside your apartments so jus wanted to say hi .. so where do you work ??

sorry to say late...but very happy to meet u here.......im in fairoaks from 2 yrs...im with 2kids...will be coming to clubhouse almost daily...........

My husband and I will be moving to SJ area in June, can you please tell me more about the Fair Oaks West apartments. How much is the rent for studio or 1-bedroom? Do they have W/D in unit? Are any utilities included in the rent?

im in fairoaks from 2007 to till date...
i like this apt. because its locked and indian community is good..
we dont have in unit for w/d but its in every floor and its easy to use and other utilities like cooking class,tennis and personal dev.t classes re included..we can use them for free..and gym is good..and swimming pool is good and other activities are nice..

We will be moving to bay area last week of July and Arbor Terrace is one of the apartments we are considering. It will be great if you give your inputs on the apartment as you are already staying at.
