ezdan 18 ?? hows the place and management??

Heyladies..Am in need of your help.my hubby is busy searching homes and atlast he gotOne at ezdan 18.but now getting reviews of their bad managment,maintenance,drainage etc etcMention not...now the issue is he is actually impressed by the clealiness and space.And confused to take it or not?? Any one please help us. Wanna knw about esdan managmentThey are asking for 1 month deposit and some 3 months free. We approched them directlySo no agents. Is it a nice place to live in with an infant?? Ofcourse enquring about their safety measures!!!Guys please help !!! Any one living in esdan musherib area????
Are they good enough to deal with??

c'mon ladies in qatar....please help me to sort it out...nobody knows anything about ezdan !!! none stays in ezdan!! this is really absurd...
atleast then get me an option for a decent 2 br apartment...i would prefer musherib,bin omran,bin mahmoud,madinat khalifa, najma...

please ladies am in need of your help...expecting it....

my badluck dear...noone from ezdan..actually am looking for apartments in these areas and got none fitting!!!
currently am in india relocating from dxb to qatar....

Hi Gopika,

We stayed in Bayti 2 Apartments in Musherib area. It was quite good, particularly the maintenance. We had our friends stay in the Ezdan apartment nearby who said that their maintenance was not that good. Otherwise it is ok. I'd been to their 2BHK apartment. It was new compared to our bayti 2 apartment. But ours was more spacious but no free months.
