Hear your own voice-When you are stressed or frantic other needling voices drown out your own.You need to reclaim peace with daily breaks to retreat inward.Go for a walk or close your door for 5minutes to relax and think.Drawing on your intuition will help you maintain calm. Picture yourself-Go back through photo albums and find a picture of yourself at the age of 11or 12 having fun.You can determine what happens to your energy -dig out ,dust it down and set it free. Choose happiness-You can choose how to feel just like you can choose how to behave.You can do this quite simply by remembering an event that you really enjoyed and allowing those feelings to flow through your body. When you have 15 minutes- Clean your junk drawer the one with all the old earrings. Empty all the garbage cans in your house. Apply a moisturising face pack. Do sit ups 10 squats and then do slow soothing stretches for the next 5 minutes. Iron your favourite dress. Read 20 pages of your favourite book. Turn off your cell phone ,close your e mail and enjoy 15 minutes of quiet.
