I have to attend an engagement soon and another wedding (different couple) in USA. This is the first time am attending here overseas, any good ideas for the gifts for engagement and wedding. For the couple whom we are attending the engagement, we may not be attending the marriage as it is in a different location, so need to consider that and gift them. Please share your thoughts.
Then for wedding I would give a gift card. For engagement you can give them a household item like a nice crystal vase.

If you are close to the couple and can comfortably afford it then you can give $200. If not then $100 is fine.
It all depends upon what is your budget of gifting nd the degree of your closeness with that couple. 1. Engagement: If you can afford and the couple or one of them is very close to you consider gifting a a gold chain / small earrings or pendant whatever in your chosen budget.
