you can visit parrys for embroidery threads, frames, accessories, beads etc.

I purchase kundan stones, beads from Oswal trading, Parrys.

As Andal said Parrys corner (near pookadai) Kasi chetty street is there if you enter into that street you can find so many so many shops with loads of kundans threads whatever u have it in mind you will get. First visit some shops and then do shopping. Make two or three trips then you will come to know why we are insisting you to go to Parrys corner. Compare to local shops it is very very cheap. From T.Nagar to Beach Station you can go by train it is very easy to reach. otherwise you get lot of buses from Velachery to Parrys corner.
