Dear Shalini. I am residing just near to ekkaduthankal for the 35 years. It is a very busy area. You can very well approach any part of chennai from here. To Vadapalani, Kodambakkam, Guindy, Meenapakkam all are very reachable distance. Temples are all near the area. T.Nagar is reachable and it is the place for shopping. If you search for moffussil busses all over Tamilnadu, all the busses route in the way. What else? i am happy and comfortable over here viji

Thanks very much Viji and Malliga. I was not able to get much information on the net. I had visited that place and it looked really good, but I wanted someone staying there to throw some light. How is the water quality over there? and is there any schools near by?. I am planning to come down few years down the line until then I will rent my apartment.
