Does Radiation From Ct Scan During Ovulation Affect The Baby If I Conceive This Month?

I am 1 dpo( ovulated yesterday) and had to have a ct scan of head(brain) today due to some reasons which turned out fine. Now I am scared that if i conceive this cycle , it could have an effect on the baby.
I had an apron over my body during the scan and moreover only my head portion was scanned. But I am still scared.
Any ideas anyone regarding this?
